The Magí Inglada Archaeology Park was originally the University of Barcelona’s experimental protohistorical architecture laboratory, where experiments on constructions from the end of the Bronze Age were carried out, based on the protohistorical site of Barranco de Gàfols (Ginestar, Tarragona, Tarragona). The laboratory was operational between July 1998 and August 2000.
The Park features an Iberian iron-smelting furnace originally found at site of Las Guardias (El Vendrell), as well as a model of a dolmen. Both the Bronze Age houses and the dolmen have replicas inside them.
